Why Supervision?
Having started your journey using tailored health coaching, it’s time to take the next step! Our highly regarded 90 minute sessions are designed to re-connect you as practitioners and also to enhance your coaching skills. We will provide a safe environment for you to think and reflect on your practice. Please come prepared with some experience to share and an appetite to learn from your colleagues. We understand that people will be at different stages in their journey – with many being very early-on. There will be a wealth of experience and insight in the room, to learn from, and be supported by.
Objectives of the Workshop
• Enhance your coaching skills and approaches
• Re-connect with colleagues on a similar journey of practice.
• Take away some new ideas to put into practice.
• Share challenges and receive insights from the group.
Who is the workshop for?
Anyone who has attended coaching training, whether Coach or Link Worker, who would welcome some support and encouragement on their coaching journey and is happy to provide the same to others!
- PLEASE BOOK A MAXIMUM OF 2 GROUP SESSIONS at the time of booking.
- These should ideally be at least 2 weeks apart.
